Follow The Call Center Communication Scripts When Handling Different Topics Related To The Services Provide By The Company.
Build Sustainable Relationships And Engage Customers By Taking The Extra Mile Keep Records Of All Conversations In Our Call Center Database In A Comprehensible Way.
Document All Call Information According To Standard Operating Procedures Meet Personal/team Qualitative And Quantitative Targets Customer Focus And Adaptability To Different Personality Types Ability To Multi-task, Set Priorities And Manage Time Effectively Recognize, Document, And Alert The Management Team Of Trends In Customer Calls Follow Up Customer Calls Where Necessary Upsell Services And Other Duties As Assigned Role.
