About the Organisation:

FR Solutions is a client-servicing organization working with leading charities in India. We, at IFR, raise funds for these charities and help them provide sustainable income for their on-going programs on HIV/AIDS; Children Education; Child Sponsorship; Community Development Program, etc.

We, at IFR drive direct sales and marketing with a traditional approach to customer acquisition, customer retention, and client servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: UG-Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: 0-2 years

Job Location: Noida

Work Responsibilities: Responsible for making & handling outbound calls, informing donors & promoting the culture of giving in India, regular follow up with donors & converting them for long term giving, providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner, responsible to achieve monthly targets.

Skills Required: Target oriented, excellent communication skills, problem-solving, good planner & team player, learning attitude with positive thinking
