Job Description
- Responsible for handling a team of 13-15 outbound Telemarketing Executive with approx 12- 15 lacs revenue target as monthly.
- Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity
- Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives
- To ensure team is motivated to convert daily leads to revenue as per the target.
- To ensure the Team Attrition is under control
