Job Duties and Job Responsibilities:

1) Responding to complex queries & concerns

2) Resolving Product Issues & Escalations

3) Coordinating with the technician teams for resolutions

4) Managing returns and refunds Skills and Attributes Required:

a) Professional communication

b) E-mail & Phone Etiquette

c) Problem Solving & Customer Handling Skills
