Job Description
1. Converting realtime leads generated by the company through social media marketing, direct website traffic, e-mail marketing, and SMS marketing
2. Verifying contact details like name, address, mobile number, and e-mail ID of such prospects before dispatching orders to them and update correct customer information in company CRM
3. Making outbound follow-up calls with customers regarding order delivery and follow-ups of the pending inquiry
4. Chatting with our customers through Facebook/WhatsApp/website and post replies on social media/e-mail on behalf of the company
