Post : Sales Manager
Location : Kolkata
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience in General Insurance : 1 to 2 years in AGENCY CHANNEL / TIED CHANNEL ( RECRUITMENT OF ADVISORS )
Job Role :
- Recruitment of advisors
- Train them to sit for IRDA exam so that they get the license
- Hand hold them in selling policies
- Conduct periodic meeting to build connect the the team
- To appreciate the team members on performing
- To motivate the team members to sell all product range
- To achieve Sales Target with the help of the Team
Salary : up to Rs 6,00000 lac pa negotiable as per experience plus other allowances
