Designation: Pre-Sales Executive
Function: Tele-Sales / Sales Co-ordination
Education: Graduation
Experience: Freshers
Skill Sets: Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English Selling & Convincing skills required, MS
Office knowledge must. Should be able to perform under pressure, Work on targets.
Profile:
Calling up prospective property buyers, understanding their property requirement, and
pitching the specific project assigned to you
Post call identifying the matching projects for that prospect, collating the project details and
communicating the same to the prospects.
Coordinating and following up with them and convincing them to come for site visits of their
matching projects.
Coordinating with the respective sale managers of the projects for the travel arrangement of
the prospect and making sure the prospect visits maximum projects through our reference
Accompanying the prospects during site-visits and take them to closure
