INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE- FEMALE

CAD, CAE Software re-seller is Looking for Inside Sales Engineers for Delhi NCR locations.

Skills required.

·       Aggressive outbound prospecting – making 30 to 40+ calls a day

·       Strong closing skills will drive a large number of deals to close each month

·       Partner with re-sellers to drive CAD, CAE software solution across India

·       Create a great first impression to prospects and customers by listening to their business needs

·       Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our CAD, CAE solutions

·       Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns

·       Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth

·       Use CRM to document opportunities and activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       0-1 Year Software sales experience in an inside sale, Pre-Sales 

·       Previous CAD, CAE, CAM, Machine Tool experience preferred

·       DME/BE Mechanical, production 

·       Female candidates only 

·       Training would be provided to fresher

·       Good communication in English, Hindi.

·       Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented

·       Strong desire to be in technology sales

·       Prior inside sales/office-based sales experience

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·       Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning
