Job Description: - Customer Service
Interface with customers over Internet for the purpose of passively or actively selling products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
*Troubleshoot customer issues related to products and give them satisfactory services.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:-
1) Graduate/UG/ drop out/B.tech/freshers/Experienced can apply.
2) Candidates should be living in Delhi-NCR region.
3) work location is in Delhi.
4) Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
5) Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
6) Candidate should be okay to work from home and office.
Job Timing : 10:00 am - 6:00pm | Monday to Saturday
Interview Details : 11:00 am - 4:00pm | Monday to Saturday
