Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Meet potential customers in the assigned geography to scope the requirements surrounding Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX/D365).
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
• Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients.
• Maintain strong
relationships with Microsoft channel team, partner technology specialists, and partner sales executives.
• Keep up with Microsoft product announcements and sales incentives and programs. Communicate important product changes within team.
