Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes .
Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.

Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.
Ability to work in a team.
Good in giving Presentations.
Self Motivated& Confident with great Communication Skills.
Key Responsibility area –
Report on sales activities to top management.
Developing sales strategies.
Making follow up calls to confirm sales.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Manage end to end relationship including pitching, negotiation.
