• Follow-up collections. 
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and brokers.
• Should be updated with Marketing Strategies to sell Residential Properties.
• Responsible for sales of the company project.

1. Communication skills - verbal and written.

2. Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone.

3. Sales oriented, Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked for. 

4. Self-motivated, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented.

5. Keep project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously.
