We are conducting a scheduled drive for Business Development executives . Understand organizational business goals and align priorities, Communicate effectively to drive corporate sales. Candidate must be a Post-graduate (MBA) with flair for sales. Must have excellent communication, presentable, negotiations skills & with leadership Qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching about services on calls or Email (Training will be provided).
- Maintain call logs & contact information for further follow-up via emails and calls
- Cold calling to potential customers and building relationships.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets. - Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations. - Working closely with other teams to develop new business. - Researching the market and identifying potential target customers. - Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
- Flexible scheduling and hours
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Graduate or MBA in Mktg.
· Candidates having minimum 2-3 yrs experience in sales. Fresher’s can also apply.
· You must have good spoken and written communication skills in English .
Job Type: Full-time
Job Timing : 9:30 am - 6:30pm | Monday to Saturday
Interview Details : 11:00 am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
