Job Profile: Customer Care Executive | Customer Support Associate| Day Shift/ Outbound Process
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Processing orders and managing from start to finish update the same in portals.
· Make calls professionally to provide information about customer orders ,products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Knowing our products inside and out so that agent can answer questions.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/too
